Hi all, I've been busy doing Easter cards, wedding cards, anniversary cards and birthday cards this week but  this is one of the anniversary cards, simply a double twisted easel card.
I used spellbinders to shape the toppers, used parchment paper and grey pearlescent paper  for the backing, made several flowers using a simple flower punch (punch 3 flowers, cut 1 petal out of one, shape with a ball tool and stick together) using a smaller flower punch for in the middle and then added a faux gem.  I made the hearts out of metal, used spellbinders heart dies then embossed them, backed them with silver mirror card, curled some craft wire, stuck to the back using tape then fixed to the card topper using collall glue.

HINT/TIP: To put an insert in an easel card, don't stick the entire backing paper down onto the base. just run double sided tape along the one edge against the fold, make your insert then attach your backing paper onto your insert.  Put double sided tape on the other side of your insert (at the fold) and just fix to the base of your card. x
