Vintage Coasters ...

This is the project that I have been working on today, its experimented, not done it before, but I don't think it turned out too bad, what do you think?
This is the gift box, I made simply by measuring and cutting 300 gsm card stock, stamped with the beautiful 'Butterflies Clear Stamp' from Kanban using Espresso Adirondack ink and wrapped with Kanban's White Spider Web which I inked using Tea Die Distress Ink and added a couple of feathers ....

... this is what's inside, a set of three coasters which I made from clay, distressed with Tea Die Distress Ink, stamped using the 'Butterflies' stamp and the Distress Ink, covered with Glossy Accents and stamped again, while the accents was still slightly soft, with the 'Butterflies' stamp with the Espresso Adirondack Ink ....

... because it supposed to be a vintage type effect I didn't worry about any cracks or imperfections as I thought this helped the effect.
I hope you like my experimental project, I think next time I will use enamel instead of the glossy accents as I'm not sure yet how it would be with a hot coffee mug on it but I will soon find out lol.
Thank you for visiting my blog and I hope it has given you some inspiration and ideas.

    1. Thank you Danie, I have found the accents work ok but does seem to go a bit tacky when hot cups are put on them so the next ones I do I will use the enamel xxx
