Fossilised Vase

Afternoon everyone
I hope you are having a fab day.
My project today is my DT make for the
Challenge Blog

The Theme for this months Challenge is
'ANYTHING GOES'

I got the vase from Hobbycraft a while ago and just hadn't
 got round to do anything with it, thought it would
be perfect for a Powertex Stone Art project...






PRODUCTS USED

I cast the ammonite using DAS clay, using 'Fossil mouldsfrom
PowertexUK
Powertex Easy Structure
3D Balls
Universal Medium - transparent
Easy coat - glossy
Power colour - 'Burnt Sienna'
*Ranger Distress Oxide Sprays - 
'Walnut Stain', 'Peeled Paint' and 'Faded Jeans'

  5. What an amazing piece of mixed media Emma. You have captured age and distinction withing those colours and texture. This really does look like it has found it's way from the bottom of the sea and been washed upon the sea. Thanks so much for sharing this fabulous piece.
