Fossil plaque

Afternoon everyone
I hope you are having a fab day.

My project today is my DT make for the
Challenge Blog

The Theme for this months Challenge is
'Anything Goes'

To create this I took two rectangles of thick cardboard and painted with white gesso just to seal them.
I added Pentart cracking primer and paste, added Pentart Structure paste, small stones and then added the fossils which I cast from a Powertex mould with clay.
To add colour I used...
Pretty Gets Gritty Pretty Pearl Spray - 'Frozen Toffee'
Momento - 'Rich Cocoa'
Distress Oxide - 'Black Soot'
Distress Ink - 'BrushedCorduroy'

I hope you like my project and I hope you can join us at
the FANTASTIC Challenge

Thank you so much for visiting
Enjoy the rest of your day

  6. Oh, how cool, those fossils make a wonderful centrepiece for your layered panel. Love it. It would also be a great entry for our challenge at A Vintage Journey - We're All Getting Older - about making things look old!
